I'm Tiffany, a lifelong learner who wants to add value to others by sharing my experiences, tools, and resources to help educators grow their craft through purpose, empathy, and resiliency leading their students on the path to success. 

I am dedicated in creating a heartfelt community of educators where we share our wisdom, thoughts, and guidance with one another to become the BEST version of ourselves.  Surrounding ourselves with people who complete our vision helps us to sharpen our focus while fulfilling our purpose.  Whether we are discovering or rediscovering our "why", we must strive to do better, to be better than we were the day before.  Making a difference in the lives of our students and colleagues despite the turmoil we face leads us to be the change we want to see within our organizations.
